SECOND FLOOR STUDIOS & ARTS ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE A FURTHER 12 STUDIOS ARE BEING MADE AVAILABLE AT THEIR NEW STUDIO DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH EAST LONDON

The 12 additional studio spaces add to the 14 studios and main workshop/gallery space on the first floor. They will be available from the 1st June. Sizes range from 219 – 440 square feet, priced at £195 to £390 per month, inclusive of all costs (there maybe an additional surcharge for winter heating).

All studios are self-contained, have excellent natural light with north facing windows and are located on the second floor with access by stairs. Good access to water, also 24hr onsite security.

The building is located immediately off the A206 dual carriageway and over looks the Thames near Woolwich. There is access to the A2/M2, M20 & M25. Charlton and Woolwich Dockyard Main Line stations are in close proximity and regular bus routes (180, 177, 161) serve the local area. The Docklands Light Railway Extension to Woolwich is now open providing a link to the wider DLR Network.

Second Floor Studios & Arts Ltd is a London-based social enterprise company and ‘not-for-profit’ project that supports the development of visual and fine art practice, craft and designer making by providing affordable studio space to artists. The company works in partnership with local businesses and authorities and was established 1997. To date, SFSA has provided space to over 140 artists.
